Anca Ivanov is a seasoned HR and payroll expert with over 18 years of professional experience in human resources management, payroll strategy, and business transformation within multinational and outsourcing environments. In her current role at Accace Romania as HR & Payroll Strategy Senior Manager – Enterprise BPO Solutions, she coordinates strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing HR and payroll operations for large enterprise clients, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with global standards.

Her focus is on developing integrated HR and payroll delivery models, leading transformation projects, and implementing best practices to enhance employee experience and operational performance across the organization. Anca advises management teams on strategic workforce planning, compliance frameworks, and digital process transformation, supporting clients through complex transitions and organizational restructuring.

Previously, as Head of an Internal HR Department, Anca successfully led major integration and transformation programs as part of acquisition processes. She managed HR due diligence projects, designed and implemented new operating models, and ensured seamless alignment of HR policies and procedures across business units. Her role also involved developing and executing HR strategies, managing performance and talent management systems, and overseeing risk and governance aspects of HR integration.

Anca is able to translate business strategy into actionable HR and payroll frameworks, to understand compliance and local legislation, and to drive large-scale organizational change.

Rodica Ștefan is an experienced HR and payroll professional with a solid background in outsourced payroll management, HR administration, due diligences and client advisory. As HR & Payroll Strategy Sr. Manager – SME Growth at Accace Romania, she oversees a diverse portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises, many of them international companies operating locally.

Her role combines strategic client management with business development responsibilities, ensuring that each partnership benefits efficient processes and personalized support. With over 15 years of experience in professional services and familiarity with Big Four–level standards, Rodica is recognized for her strong leadership, ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and commitment to helping clients grow their businesses sustainably.

Anca Ghizdavu is a certified tax consultant in Romania, member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants of Romania. In addition, Anca holds the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) certification, issued by the UK Institute of Taxation.

Anca has approximately 14 years of professional experience in the field of tax consultancy, of which 12 years within two BIG 4 companies in Romania. Throughout her experience, Anca has assisted a large number of local and international clients with a wide range of tax matters, with focus on corporate tax and international taxation field. Her expertise includes complex tax consulting projects, reorganizations of the business models of companies (including mergers and acquisitions), representation of clients during tax audits, assistance in the processes of accessing tax facilities in Romania, tax review mandates, tax due diligence projects, etc. At the same time, Anca has been intensely involved in international taxation projects, such as analyzing the impact of the 15% global minimum tax regulated by OECD Pillar 2, analyzing the implications resulting from the adaptation of the Multilateral Instrument (MLI) issued by the OECD, reporting of cross-border arrangements (DAC6 reporting), reporting of reportable sellers by digital platforms (DAC7 reporting).

Eugen Bursuc is an experienced professional and holds the position of Accounting Director at Accace Romania.

With nearly 20 years in the field of consultancy, he has assisted both Romanian and foreign companies over time, actively contributing to various projects across sectors such as distribution, retail, pharma, energy, FMCG, real estate, transport & logistics, and consulting. Eugen has a broad area of expertise that covers accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

In 2022, Eugen joined Accace Romania as New Business and Accounting Manager, and since September 2024, he has taken on the role of Accounting Director. In this position, he is focused on expanding the client portfolio and strengthening the team of professionals dedicated to delivering top-quality outsourced services.

Silviu is a registered Romanian attorney with approximately 10 years of experience. He specialized in the resolution of complex commercial and investment arbitral disputes before the ICC and ICSID, as well as counseling clients in various corporate and employment matters. He is currently leading Accace Romania’s legal team.

Laura has more than 20 years of experience in professional services. She has helped grow Accace's services for both new and established businesses in Romania. She is a true finance storyteller and visionary mentor, being one of the mentors who share their expertise during the mentorship session in the AceON Accelerator program.
