Radka is an experienced professional in the field of accounting, Slovak accounting standards, as well as international standards (IFRS), which are her main area of expertise. She has in-depth knowledge in this field, proven by her ACCA membership, and provides comprehensive IFRS advisory and services to our international clients. She leads an accounting team of more than 40 employees, which is currently among the largest within Accace. Radka also has extensive experience with implementing clients into various accounting software such as SAP, Microsoft NAV and Dynamics, as well as with process automation, ensuring that services are tailored to each client’s needs.

Michaela Salayová is a certified tax advisor and a member of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors. She graduated in Taxation from the University of Economics in Bratislava. She has more than 10 years of experience in tax advisory and has been working in Accace since 2017. Her main specialization is corporate income tax and VAT, and thanks to her previous 2,5 years of practice in an auditing company and also due diligence. Since 2023, she has been leading the tax team of nearly 20 professionals at Accace Slovakia.

Timotej is an experienced Account Manager with over 11 years of expertise in sales and client account management. Throughout his career, he spent many years in the hospitality industry, where he was able to apply his strong client-oriented approach. He can’t imagine working in a role that doesn’t involve direct contact with clients. At Accace, he has access to client’s electronic mailboxes, which allows him to ensure regular message retrieval.

Simona is an attorney registered in the Slovak Bar Association. She successfully completed her law studies in 2013 at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, where she also earned the JUDr. degree.  After completing her legal traineeship, she passed the bar exam with distinction in 2018. Throughout her legal career, she has gained experience in civil, commercial, administrative and criminal law. In addition to general legal advisory (commercial law, labour law, civil law), she specializes in GDPR, intellectual property and litigation. She has been a cooperating attorney in Accace since 2019.

As a Managing Director of Accace Slovakia, Peter is managing team of more than 100 experts in accounting, payroll, tax and legal services. In additional to being a specialist in International and Transactional Advisory, he is also a start-up enthusiast who has considerable experience with various transaction deals, representing both ends – investors as well as the sellers. Lately, Peter also started a new venture and founded InvAce – part of Accace Group – whose primary goal is to facilitate capital for promising projects in CEE and business consulting for startups.
