Radka is an experienced professional in the field of accounting, Slovak accounting standards, as well as international standards (IFRS), which are her main area of expertise. She has in-depth knowledge in this field, proven by her ACCA membership, and provides comprehensive IFRS advisory and services to our international clients. She leads an accounting team of more than 40 employees, which is currently among the largest within Accace. Radka also has extensive experience with implementing clients into various accounting software such as SAP, Microsoft NAV and Dynamics, as well as with process automation, ensuring that services are tailored to each client’s needs.

Timotej is an experienced Account Manager with over 11 years of expertise in sales and client account management. Throughout his career, he spent many years in the hospitality industry, where he was able to apply his strong client-oriented approach. He can’t imagine working in a role that doesn’t involve direct contact with clients. At Accace, he has access to client’s electronic mailboxes, which allows him to ensure regular message retrieval.

Anca Ghizdavu is a certified tax consultant in Romania, member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants of Romania. In addition, Anca holds the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) certification, issued by the UK Institute of Taxation.

Anca has approximately 14 years of professional experience in the field of tax consultancy, of which 12 years within two BIG 4 companies in Romania. Throughout her experience, Anca has assisted a large number of local and international clients with a wide range of tax matters, with focus on corporate tax and international taxation field. Her expertise includes complex tax consulting projects, reorganizations of the business models of companies (including mergers and acquisitions), representation of clients during tax audits, assistance in the processes of accessing tax facilities in Romania, tax review mandates, tax due diligence projects, etc. At the same time, Anca has been intensely involved in international taxation projects, such as analyzing the impact of the 15% global minimum tax regulated by OECD Pillar 2, analyzing the implications resulting from the adaptation of the Multilateral Instrument (MLI) issued by the OECD, reporting of cross-border arrangements (DAC6 reporting), reporting of reportable sellers by digital platforms (DAC7 reporting).

Silviu is a registered Romanian attorney with approximately 10 years of experience. He specialized in the resolution of complex commercial and investment arbitral disputes before the ICC and ICSID, as well as counseling clients in various corporate and employment matters. He is currently leading Accace Romania’s legal team.

Michelle Martin joined Accace in 2020 and leads the recently established branch in South Africa and the United Kingdom, focusing on BPO services and market entry consulting.

Michelle is an experienced financial professional with a demonstrated history of working within diverse corporate environments in the UK and South Africa. She has a comprehensive knowledge of finance, risk and control environments, and is focused on business development and streamlining of business processes through digital transformation.

Lenka completed a UK degree in Law and International Relations at Oxford Brookes University. After finishing her studies, she worked mainly as a business developer and dealt with the research and development of tax relief, including setting up internal processes and business relationships. Lenka joined Accace in 2018, where she currently works as a corporate services manager.

Laura has more than 20 years of experience in professional services. She has helped grow Accace's services for both new and established businesses in Romania. She is a true finance storyteller and visionary mentor, being one of the mentors who share their expertise during the mentorship session in the AceON Accelerator program. 

Her skills are not just about numbers but about crafting narratives that guide businesses towards new horizons and greater success.

Jan worked in several reputable Prague law offices and is a registered attorney-at-law with many years of experience. He joined Accace in 2018 and became a part of our independent law firm, Accace Legal, as a legal partner in charge.

Currently, Jan is co-responsible for managing Accace Legal, where he focuses on developing business relationships with clients in the areas of catering, pharmaceutical business, and construction.

Jakub is an attorney-at-law with many years of experience. He worked for leading law firms in Warsaw, where provided clients with transactional assistance, focusing on the commercial and legal aspects of investments, private equity transactions and corporate M&A. He also specializes in drafting and negotiating contracts, securing the repayment of liabilities and claiming compensation for damages. He represents clients before courts and administration bodies.

Anna is an attorney and Senior Associate at Accace Legal A. Samborska sp. k., specializing in energy and corporate law. She also has several years of experience in civil law and real estate. Anna’s expertise includes regulatory advisory, assisting in the interpretation and application of sector-specific regulations, and continuously monitoring legislative changes. She provides support in obtaining all necessary administrative decisions for energy companies and offers legal analysis and opinions as part of ongoing advisory services. Additionally, she advises on commencing business activities in Poland, particularly in selecting the appropriate legal form and establishing companies, whether with Polish or foreign capital. Anna advises both domestic and international entities on the legal aspects of their business operations.
