Anca Ivanov is a seasoned HR and payroll expert with over 18 years of professional experience in human resources management, payroll strategy, and business transformation within multinational and outsourcing environments. In her current role at Accace Romania as HR & Payroll Strategy Senior Manager – Enterprise BPO Solutions, she coordinates strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing HR and payroll operations for large enterprise clients, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with global standards.

Her focus is on developing integrated HR and payroll delivery models, leading transformation projects, and implementing best practices to enhance employee experience and operational performance across the organization. Anca advises management teams on strategic workforce planning, compliance frameworks, and digital process transformation, supporting clients through complex transitions and organizational restructuring.

Previously, as Head of an Internal HR Department, Anca successfully led major integration and transformation programs as part of acquisition processes. She managed HR due diligence projects, designed and implemented new operating models, and ensured seamless alignment of HR policies and procedures across business units. Her role also involved developing and executing HR strategies, managing performance and talent management systems, and overseeing risk and governance aspects of HR integration.

Anca is able to translate business strategy into actionable HR and payroll frameworks, to understand compliance and local legislation, and to drive large-scale organizational change.

Rodica Ștefan is an experienced HR and payroll professional with a solid background in outsourced payroll management, HR administration, due diligences and client advisory. As HR & Payroll Strategy Sr. Manager – SME Growth at Accace Romania, she oversees a diverse portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises, many of them international companies operating locally.

Her role combines strategic client management with business development responsibilities, ensuring that each partnership benefits efficient processes and personalized support. With over 15 years of experience in professional services and familiarity with Big Four–level standards, Rodica is recognized for her strong leadership, ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and commitment to helping clients grow their businesses sustainably.

Petra has over 20 years of experience in payroll and HR agenda across international companies from various industries. Since 2024, she has been part of Accace, where she manages complex payroll and HR projects for both Czech and international clients.

Zdenka joined Accace in 2020 as HR Project Manager, soon she started work as Senior Account Manager. She has previous experience in payroll accounting in Lufthansa and payroll team leading in ABB. Thanks to her extensive experience in payroll and HR processing, she mainly focuses on the implementation of complex payroll and HR agendas for Czech and international clients.

Michelle Martin joined Accace in 2020 and leads the recently established branch in South Africa and the United Kingdom, focusing on BPO services and market entry consulting.

Michelle is an experienced financial professional with a demonstrated history of working within diverse corporate environments in the UK and South Africa. She has a comprehensive knowledge of finance, risk and control environments, and is focused on business development and streamlining of business processes through digital transformation.

Jana has been with Accace since 2007 when she joined Accace to take care of our newly established branch in Ukraine. In 2010, Jana was appointed to be in charge of creating Accace’s first shared services centre in Brno. After the outsourcing line of Accace’s business in Czech Republic was moved under the shared service centre in Brno, Jana was promoted to the position of Managing Director of Accace Outsourcing Czech Republic, managing a team of over 170 accountants and consultants. In 2016 Jana becomes one of the appointed Partners for Accace´s Czech companies. Having an extensive industry experience and a solid background in BPO, finance and payroll Jana remained in charge of our biggest and multi-country outsourcing projects.
