Alexandru Ranete is a tax consultant, a member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants in Romania, and holds the position of Tax Director at Accace Romania.

With over 10 years of experience in the field of tax consultancy, he has assisted both Romanian and foreign companies over time, operating in various sectors such as FMCG, real estate, automotive, banking, capital markets, etc. Alexandru has a broad area of expertise that covers both corporate taxation (VAT, profit tax, microenterprise income tax) and individual taxation (income tax on all types – salaries, independent activities, investments – and social contributions). His experience includes tax consultancy projects, tax review/due diligence projects, tax restructuring projects, and assistance before, during, and after the completion of tax audits.

Over time, he has been part of multidisciplinary teams that have led negotiations in various transactions involving the acquisition or sale on the capital market. Some of these transactions have had notable outcomes, such as winning the “Transaction of the Year” award at the Forbes Personality of the Year Gala 2023.
