Miriama studied law at Comenius University in Bratislava where she also received the title of JUDr. She specializes in commercial law, in which she graduated from LL.M. study in 2017, as well as professional experience in Edinburgh.
As an associate lawyer, she provides legal services to Slovak and English-speaking clients with a focus on commercial law aspects of contractual documentation, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transaction law, company law, real estate transfers and debt collection. She has been with Accace Legal since 2019.
