Each legal entity registered in the Commercial Register must identify and register its ultimate beneficial owner (“UBO”).

Our UBO registration services in the Czech Republic include:

  • sending instruction to the client on requested information and documents,
  • submitting the filled in applications based on the information obtained,
  • UBO registration with relevant court,
  • administration costs,
  • translation of 5 pages of documents into the Czech language.

 

Above steps will be proceeded under power of attorney.
